1. Introduction & Service Description

This Privacy Policy serves as a legally binding document that regulates all service operations, user interactions, and data processing activities of the Pylen mobile application. Pylen is a professional AI-powered image generation tool focusing on movie poster creation and photo artistic transformation. The core service allows users to upload personal ordinary photos and achieve one-click intelligent conversion into high-standard professional movie posters. The App supports automatic generation and custom editing of complete poster elements, including director name, starring cast, official release date, unique movie slogans and other classic poster components, helping users create exclusive artistic poster works easily.

All service functions and usage permissions of Pylen are strictly restricted to adult users aged 18 and above. This application does not provide any services for minors under 18 years of age, and we do not intentionally collect any personal information or creative content from underage users. By downloading, installing, accessing, and continuously using this App, you fully confirm that you have reached the legal adult age, understand all service rules and privacy terms, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy unconditionally.

2. Core Privacy Commitments (Four Major Guarantees)

Pylen always prioritizes user privacy and data security in all product designs and service operations. We strictly comply with global privacy standards and App Store review requirements, and publicly propose four core and mandatory privacy commitments to fully protect user rights and interests:

2.1 No Facial Data Collection

Pylen does not collect, extract, analyze, store, identify or process any facial biometric data of users. When users upload photos for AI poster generation, all image processing logic is limited to visual style rendering, picture aesthetic optimization and movie poster element synthesis. The App will not scan, capture or record facial feature points, facial contour information, facial recognition data or any sensitive biometric information from uploaded images. All uploaded photos are only used for the user’s private, one-time AI poster creation, and no facial-related data will be retained in any form.

2.2 Zero Third-Party Data Transmission

Our application adopts a completely closed and independent local operation framework for all core functions. We firmly prohibit any form of external data transmission and sharing. Under no circumstances will Pylen transmit, share, sell, lease, disclose or deliver users’ uploaded original photos, AI-generated poster works, operation records, usage behaviors and other private data to any third-party individuals, enterprises, organizations or service providers. The App does not embed any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical components, analysis plug-ins or any modules involving user data collection, completely eliminating third-party data leakage risks from the source.

2.3 Strict Privacy Protection Mechanism

We implement a full-process, end-to-end strict privacy protection system for all user creative data and device information. All photo uploading, image parsing, AI style conversion and poster generation operations are completed independently on the user’s local mobile device. Users’ original photos and newly generated movie poster works will not be automatically uploaded, synchronized, backed up or stored on any remote cloud server. Users enjoy full independent ownership and management authority over all personal creative files, including free viewing, saving, editing and permanent deletion permissions. Meanwhile, we adopt industry-standard encryption and security isolation technologies to protect anonymous device data, effectively preventing unauthorized access, illegal tampering, data leakage and accidental data loss.

2.4 Full Compliance Operation

All service operations and data processing behaviors of Pylen fully comply with local applicable laws, global privacy regulations and Apple App Store review specifications. We strictly adhere to the data minimization principle, only collecting and processing the most basic data required to realize the core photo-to-poster generation function. We never collect redundant, unnecessary or irrelevant user data, and there is no hidden background data collection or unauthorized data usage behavior. The entire product operation process is standardized, transparent, legal and compliant, ensuring that every data operation conforms to official regulatory requirements.

3. Collected Data & Usage Scope

To guarantee the stable and normal operation of core AI poster creation functions, Pylen only obtains two categories of minimal and necessary user data, without any excessive data collection:

• User Uploaded Image Data: The photos uploaded independently by users are exclusively used for AI style conversion, movie poster rendering and personalized poster element editing, to complete private creative production tasks.

• Anonymous Device Data: Basic anonymous information such as device model and operating system version is used for device adaptation, operational compatibility optimization and improvement of AI generation efficiency, ensuring stable App operation.

All collected data is only applied to legitimate service scenarios, including realizing one-click photo-to-movie-poster conversion, supporting custom adjustment of poster text and elements, optimizing AI generation quality and App running fluency, and responding to user consultation, feedback and service requests via official email. We never use user data for commercial marketing, targeted advertising, user behavior tracking or other irrelevant purposes.

4. Local Data Storage & Security Management

All user creative content is stored locally on the user’s personal device by default. The platform does not have any remote data collection and backup authority. Users can manually clear App cache files, delete original photos and discard generated poster works at any time according to personal needs. We have established complete internal data security management specifications to standardize all data processing links. Combined with industry-leading security encryption technology, we build a solid data safety barrier to ensure that user private data is fully protected throughout the whole process.

5. User Rights and Interests

Within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations, all users enjoy complete and independent data rights:

• The right to independently choose whether to upload local photos for poster creation;

• The right to freely save, edit, browse and delete all generated poster works and local creative files;

• The right to manually clear App cache and terminate all data processing behaviors by stopping the use of the App;

6. Third-Party Service Statement

Pylen does not access or cooperate with any third-party service providers involving user data collection. There are no embedded third-party advertising plug-ins, data analysis tools, user tracking systems or statistical SDKs in the App. All core AI generation functions run independently in a local closed environment, without any third-party intervention, participation or data invocation, thoroughly avoiding potential privacy security risks caused by third-party services.

7. Policy Revision and Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise, update and optimize this Privacy Policy irregularly according to product function iteration, service upgrade and changes in legal compliance requirements. The latest update time will be displayed at the top of the policy page. If you continue to use the App’s services after the policy is updated, it will be deemed that you fully recognize and unconditionally accept the revised privacy terms.

8. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable local laws. For any disputes and conflicts arising from the use of this App and the interpretation of this Privacy Policy, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation.
